A creative partner, truly invested in the long-term vision for your business.

Meridian is intentionally small. I deliberately work with fewer clients at a time so that I can give you my full attention. I want to know what you're building, why it matters to you and where you want to take it. My goal is not on-trend design delivered in a hurry, but a long-term partnership, built on trust, curiosity and a shared investment in building something meaningful.

Let’s work together

Strategic depth. Considered creative.

At Meridian, business thinking and creative execution are not separate parts of the process. Each informs the other. Our strategic approach gives us the confidence to move beyond trends and design a brand experience that serves both the goals of the business and the needs of its community. Our creative practice then gives that thinking a distinctive form - with enough depth and flexibility to stay relevant as the business grows and evolves.

“Starting my own practice was a huge personal step, and Talia helped turn something I had imagined for years into a business that felt real. The process gave me clarity around the kind of practitioner I wanted to be known as and the women I wanted to support. That clarity changed the way I thought about the whole business, and the identity that followed felt like a genuine reflection of what I wanted the practice to become.

The bridge between strategy and execution.

Meridian was built for the uncomfortable space between knowing something needs to change and knowing what to do about it. By bringing the strategic depth of a consultancy and the hands-on creative involvement of an independent studio into the same relationship, Meridian can comfortably move between the bigger business questions keeping you stuck and the creative decisions that allow things to flow. For founders, that means one partner who can understand the complexity, help find a way through and stay close enough to carry that thinking into the real world.
